Mahakaushal Art Gallery an Octagonal masterpiece

The Mahakaushal Art Gallery, also known as Mahakoshal Kala Vithika, is a popular tourist destination in Raipur.

It is in the heart of the city, near Ghadi Chowk, and can be easily reached on foot or by road.

History of Mahakaushal Art Gallery 

The Mahakaushal Art Gallery is a historic octagonal-shaped building that was converted into an art gallery by the British government in 1875.

It was originally built by Mahant Ghasidas, the king of Rajnandgaon.

The building is visually stunning and showcases various artifacts made by local artists.
